This role provides support to sales and commercial teams during the ITO (In-to-Offer) phase of a transaction. Key responsibilities include proposal and contract document preparation, mark-up, and management, interpretation of T&Cs risk checklists, handling commercial risk process questions, customer negotiations, and reviewing/finalizing contract and purchase order documents. The position also involves providing guidance on contractual and commercial implications, coordinating and maintaining contract records, disseminating contract documents, and collaborating with the legal team on deal strategy, negotiations, and training. Additionally, the role requires active participation in process improvement efforts related to contract management and risk management.
