This is a 1099 Contract, 6-month role. This remote role is based in NYC to allow for Hudson Square office visits as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a track record of successfully filling niche and hard-to-fill roles across varied disciplines
  • High EQ and exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to hold stakeholders accountable while maintaining strong, high-trust relationships
  • Fiercely organized with strong TA operations acumen; skilled at leveraging process design to bring order to a high-urgency environment with competing priorities
  • Confidence to run a recruiting desk independently while placing high value on cross-functional communication with the greater People team

  • Success filling roles in health tech, life science, data science, or provider services
  • Experience in a startup or environment where rapid adaptation is essential
  • Deep expertise in Greenhouse, with the ability to optimize configurations and features that fully leverage the platform
  • Experience collaborating with offshore recruiting teams

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of reqs across technical, commercial, product, operations, and data science disciplines.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership and hiring managers to conduct intake meetings, align on ideal candidate profiles, and enforce consistent feedback loops.
  • Coach interview panels on best practices, structured interview techniques, and efficient ATS (Greenhouse) utilization.
  • Partner closely with offshore recruiters to facilitate a frictionless India hiring experience.
  • Efficiently direct the coordination and scheduling efforts of matrixed People team partners offering fractional TA support.
  • Maintain meticulous data hygiene and tracking within the ATS and other reporting tools.
