About The Position

CelLink designs the world’s largest and most electrically and thermally conductive flexible circuits. We are fundamentally redefining the way printed circuits are made. We are seeking a driven and experienced contract Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team, specifically focusing on critical manufacturing and engineering roles. You will proactively identify, engage, and nurture top-tier talent across various hardware manufacturing, assembly, and related engineering disciplines to support our fast-paced, innovative environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4+ years in sourcing or recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring for complex manufacturing, production, or hardware engineering roles within high-tech.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing or hardware engineering sourcing within startups, defense, aerospace, automotive, complex hardware, or high-tech industries.
  • Expertise in using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to execute a set recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
  • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates.
  • Possesses a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a pipeline of both internal and external candidates.
  • Excellent communication skills with varying levels of stakeholders, organizational, negotiation, and consulting skills, with a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
  • Possess analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team, communicating.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches while managing customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
  • Recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to profile people and gauge the chemistry of candidates for fit, and understand their motivation, rather than sell a role.
  • Build and maintain networks of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new processes and fine-tuning processes for recruiting.
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent, and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.
