Contract Recruiter
About The Position
We are seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our team. This role will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, evaluating qualifications, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have previous recruiting experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple openings. This position operates in a hybrid environment and requires high-volume hourly recruiting experience. Candidates must reside in one of the specified states: California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Washington (state), or Wisconsin.
Requirements
- Previous recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
- High-volume hourly recruiting a must
- Must live in one of these states: California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Washington (state), Wisconsin

- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms is a plus
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and phone interviews
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit for open roles
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers for interview consideration
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and priorities
