About The Position

Allia Health Group is dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services and building a strong team of professionals who share our mission of patient-centered care. We are seeking a skilled Contract Recruiter to support our growing hiring needs during a high-volume period. The Contract Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles within the organization. This position is a W2 contract assignment (3–6 months) and will work remotely in close partnership with hiring managers and HR leadership to attract, assess, and secure top talent. The ideal candidate must reside in Houston, Texas, as this is a 3–6-month contract position with the possibility of extension. This position is a fully remote role. Allia Health Group is unable to offer visa sponsorship at this time. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting specifically within healthcare environments, including hospital systems, pharmacy, or related clinical settings.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Minimum of 3+ years of recent, hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, with a strong preference for experience using ADP Workforce Now. Must demonstrate proficiency in system navigation, data management, reporting, and recruiting or employee lifecycle workflows.
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive talent.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using Google Workspace platforms (Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive).
• Previous experience recruiting for healthcare or medical roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Leverage online platforms, job boards, networking, and social media to attract qualified candidates.
• Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional interactions.
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline metrics, and candidate progress using the company’s applicant tracking system.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.
