Requirements
- Proven experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of urgency with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through
- Confident communicator who can build relationships quickly
- Experience with an ATS, Rippling preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- Experience recruiting for Service Contract Act (SCA) roles strongly preferred

Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple open roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and move roles forward quickly
- Proactively source, screen, and present qualified candidates
- Manage a high-volume pipeline while maintaining speed and quality
- Ensure compliance with Service Contract Act (SCA) requirements, as applicable
- Keep candidates and stakeholders informed with clear, consistent communication
- Track recruiting activity and provide updates on progress, challenges, and wins
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruiting processes
