We are seeking an exceptional Senior Recruiter to lead and elevate our executive hiring efforts across Pathstream. In this role, you will own the recruitment of senior leaders and critical roles across departments, playing a key role in shaping the future of our team. You’ll bring experience in executive search, a strong understanding of business strategy, and the interpersonal skills needed to build trust with senior stakeholders and high-level candidates. This is a part-time, contract role with flexibility to scale up to 40 hours per week as needed. The position reports to Chandi Harris, Sr. HR and People Operations Manager.
