The Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Contract Recruiter / Sourcing Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, posting and managing job requisitions, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and providing administrative support throughout the recruitment process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting, sourcing, recruiting coordination, or HR support experience.
  • Experience scheduling interviews and managing multiple calendars.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Paycom.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Built-In or other sourcing tools.
  • Previous experience supporting corporate recruiting teams.

Responsibilities

  • Source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking platforms, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Assist recruiters with candidate outreach and initial candidate engagement.
  • Support recruitment marketing efforts and employer branding initiatives.
  • Assist the recruiting team with posting and maintaining open positions across various platforms.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting staff.
  • Maintain and update interview schedules, calendars, and recruiting agendas.
  • Verify the availability of internal and external candidates for interviews and meetings.
  • Send interview confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications.
  • Reschedule or cancel interviews and meetings as needed while ensuring timely communication to all parties.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner.
  • Track recruitment activity and maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Document recruiting processes and scheduling procedures.
  • Maintain recruitment reports, spreadsheets, and other talent acquisition documentation.
  • Keep hiring managers, recruiters, and stakeholders informed of recruitment timelines and deadlines.
  • Perform additional administrative and recruiting support duties as assigned.
