Contract LCSW/LMFT (Remote - Arizona)
About The Position
Clarity Pediatrics is seeking an Arizona-licensed therapist to support the launch of its behavioral health services in Arizona. This independent contractor role will assist with payer enrollment, credentialing, and clinical readiness activities as the company expands access to care in the state. The position is flexible and paid hourly; clinical service opportunities may become available in the future based on mutual interest and business needs. The estimated time commitment is about one hour per week during the limited launch phase. The contractor will be paid $50 per hour, monthly via invoice, with the possibility of expanding involvement as patient services launch in Arizona.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Arizona license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist.
- Eligibility for credentialing with commercial and government payers.
- Strong organizational skills and timely completion of credentialing requirements.
- Arizona state residency.
Nice To Haves
- Experience delivering behavioral health services in outpatient or telehealth settings.
- Active Arizona Medicaid enrollment.
- Interest in supporting innovative, technology-enabled care delivery models.
Responsibilities
- Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes.
- Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation.
- Review and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestations.
- Participate in occasional meetings related to network expansion and market launch.
- Participate in one to two user research interviews to understand provider and patient attitudes toward care in Arizona.
- Help identify local key opinion leaders in the pediatric space and facilitate introductions where appropriate.
