About The Position

Clarity Pediatrics is seeking an Illinois-licensed therapist to support the launch of behavioral health services. The contract role focuses on payer enrollment, credentialing, and clinical readiness activities during service expansion. The position is a flexible, 1099 hourly consultant engagement, estimated at about one hour per week during the limited launch phase. Clinical service opportunities may become available in the future based on mutual interest and business needs, and involvement may expand as patient services launch in Illinois.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Illinois license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist.
• Eligible for credentialing with commercial and government payers.
• Strong organizational skills and timely completion of credentialing requirements.
• Illinois state residency required.

• Experience delivering behavioral health services in outpatient or telehealth settings.
• Interest in supporting innovative, technology-enabled care delivery models.
• Active Illinois Medicaid enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes.
• Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation.
• Review and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestations.
• Participate in occasional meetings related to network expansion and market launch.
• Participate in one to two user research interviews about the Illinois landscape, including provider and patient attitudes toward care.
• Help identify local key opinion leaders in the pediatric space and facilitate introductions where appropriate.
