About The Position

Clarity Pediatrics is seeking a Washington-licensed therapist to support the launch of its behavioral health services in Washington. The role will assist with payer enrollment, credentialing, and clinical readiness as the company expands access to care in the state. It is a flexible, hourly 1099 consulting engagement estimated at about one hour per week, with a limited time commitment during the launch phase. Clinical service opportunities may become available in the future based on mutual interest and business needs, and involvement may expand as patient services launch in Arizona.

Requirements

• Hold an active, unrestricted Washington license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist.
• Be eligible for credentialing with commercial and government payers.
• Have strong organizational skills and complete credentialing requirements in a timely manner.
• Be a Washington state resident.

Nice To Haves

• Experience delivering behavioral health services in outpatient or telehealth settings.
• Active Washington Medicaid enrollment.
• Interest in supporting innovative, technology-enabled care delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes.
• Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation.
• Review and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestations.
• Participate in occasional meetings related to network expansion and market launch.
• Participate in one or two user research interviews to understand the Washington landscape, including provider and patient attitudes toward care.
• Help identify local key opinion leaders in the pediatric space and facilitate introductions where appropriate.
