Contract Pediatrician (MD, Remote - WA)
About The Position
We are seeking a Washington-licensed Pediatrician to support the launch of behavioral health and medical services in Washington. This independent contractor role will contribute to payer enrollment, credentialing, clinical readiness, and launch activities as operations are established in the state. It is a flexible, 1099 hourly consulting role, estimated at about one hour per week with a limited time commitment during the launch phase. Clinical service opportunities may become available later based on mutual interest and business needs, and involvement may expand as patient services launch in Washington.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Washington medical license.
- Board-certified Pediatrician.
- Active DEA registration.
- Ability to credential with commercial and government payers.
- Washington state residency required.
- Strong attention to detail and responsiveness during enrollment and credentialing activities.

- Experience with telehealth and value-based care models.
- Active Washington Medicaid enrollment.
Responsibilities
- Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes.
- Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation.
- Review and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestations.
- Participate in occasional meetings related to network expansion and market launch.
- Participate in one to two user research interviews to understand the Washington landscape, including provider and patient attitudes toward care.
- Help identify local key opinion leaders in the pediatric space and facilitate introductions where appropriate.
