About The Position

The Contract Coordinator is responsible for the negotiation and completion of closing contracts for home purchases. This role ensures a seamless process from the acquisition of a home to the close of a contract. The Contract Coordinator is responsible for building and developing a substantial working relationship with Title and the Home Buyers. This position is responsible for managing the completion of documentation, compliance and system updates of a contract.

Requirements

  • Active Real Estate License may be required depending upon the state(s) an individual supports in their assigned role.
  • Strong organization skills, accurate, and detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic, ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently to establish and manage work priorities, activities and timelines to achieve results
  • Exhibits sound judgment and swift decision-making skills

  • Ability to think creatively and come up with solutions
  • Ability to critically review, summarize, and report findings and recommendations
  • PC skills including working knowledge of the Microsoft environment and the ability to access, manipulate, organize and relay information in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities

  • Review, negotiate, and execute real estate purchase contracts with complete accuracy
  • Ensure all documents and contracts are completed timely from the acquisition of the home to close of contract
  • Address and resolve escalated issues with venders and internal stakeholders
  • Analyze contracts to meet sales metrics
  • Initiate negotiations with selling agents and potential buyers
  • Manage and organize all home buyer communications and contract information until completion
  • Collaborate cross departmentally to ensure a high level of service and smooth transition
