About The Position

The Greenridge Group is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator III to support the Project Management Office (PMO) for the Los Angeles Community College District's Capital Improvement Program. As a Contract Administrator III, you will coordinate and administer procurement processes for construction projects and professional services contracts. You will work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, consultants, and District stakeholders to successfully deliver competitive solicitations from planning through contract award.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in contract administration, procurement, construction administration, or related work.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Knowledge of contract terms and conditions related to design, construction, and professional services.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent procurement processes.
  • Positive, responsive, and professional work ethic with a high level of integrity.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.

  • Experience with higher education capital improvement programs
  • Experience with California Public Contract Code
  • Experience with California Community College Code
  • Experience with PlanetBids or other electronic bidding platforms
  • Experience with Design-Build procurement
  • Experience with project management software such as Proliance or Trimble

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with District staff, PMO personnel, College Project Teams, and consultants to develop procurement packages.
  • Manage competitive procurement processes for construction contracts, design-build projects, and professional service agreements.
  • Prepare procurement documents, addenda, evaluation materials, award documentation, and contract documents.
  • Track multiple procurement activities simultaneously while maintaining quality and compliance.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with District policies, procedures, templates, and applicable laws.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate procurement records.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders throughout the procurement process.
  • Perform additional contract administration duties as assigned.
