About The Position
The Contingent Workforce Specialist will manage the day-to-day operations of the Contingent Workforce Program. This role involves supporting managers with CW policies, guidelines, and procedures, reviewing and approving new worker requests, and serving as the first point of escalation for CW-related issues. The specialist will also coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, partner with internal teams on audits and special projects, and maintain and update process documentation.
Requirements
- 2–3 years in contingent workforce, staffing, or HR operations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and process improvement mindset
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Workday, VNDLY, ServiceNow
