About The Position

Jampack is an AI-native platform that automates the entire wholesale order-to-cash lifecycle for CPG brands. We are powering the backend for high-growth CPG brands, handling everything from purchase order ingestion to freight coordination to invoicing and payment reconciliation. Wholesale is 7x the size of e-commerce, yet the infrastructure is stuck in the 1990s. We're building the agentic operating system that replaces spreadsheets, email chains, and manual data entry with autonomous workflows. We recently raised a $3.2M seed round led by Maveron and are growing fast. The Role We're looking for a content writer to help Jampack build its voice in the CPG and wholesale operations community. You'll work directly with our founding team to produce content that speaks to the operators running wholesale at fast-growing brands. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves writing, is curious about B2B technology and the CPG industry, and wants to learn how an early-stage startup builds a brand from scratch.

Requirements

  • Strong writing skills with an ability to explain complex topics in plain, engaging language
  • Genuine curiosity about B2B technology, startups, the CPG/food & beverage industry, or supply chain operations (you don't need to be an expert — you need to be eager to learn)
  • Comfort with LinkedIn as a platform — you understand how B2B content works on social media
  • Self-starter attitude — you'll have guidance and feedback, but we value people who can take initiative and propose ideas
  • A writing sample or portfolio of any kind: blog posts, college writing, personal projects, social media content — anything that shows you can write clearly and with personality

Responsibilities

  • Write LinkedIn posts, blog articles, and short-form content that positions Jampack as the go-to voice on wholesale operations for CPG brands
  • Help draft case studies and customer spotlights by interviewing our customers and turning their stories into compelling narratives
  • Research and write educational content about topics relevant to our audience: supply chain operations, retail distribution, EDI, freight logistics, and the challenges of scaling a CPG brand
  • Support the creation of email newsletters and content for outbound campaigns
  • Help maintain a consistent publishing cadence and content calendar
  • Monitor industry conversations on LinkedIn and in CPG media to identify trending topics and content opportunities
