About The Position

Our firm is redefining how personal injury law firms win online. We believe content is one of the highest-leverage growth channels—and we’re building a machine that turns search traffic into signed cases. We’re looking for a Content Writer—someone who doesn’t just write, but owns outcomes. This is a strategic, high-impact role where you will define, execute, and optimize content that ranks, converts, and drives real revenue.

Requirements

  • A results-driven writer who thinks in terms of traffic, leads, and signed cases—not just words on a page.
  • Strong understanding of personal injury law and the ability to simplify complex topics for everyday readers.
  • Proven SEO expertise, including keyword research, search intent alignment, and on-page optimization.
  • Ability to create content that both ranks and converts.
  • Empathy-driven communicator who can connect with injured or uncertain readers with clarity and authority.
  • High ownership mentality—you take responsibility for performance and continuously improve.
  • Fast-moving operator who can produce at high volume without sacrificing quality.
  • AI-first mindset with the ability to use tools to accelerate output and iterate quickly.
  • Proven experience writing SEO-driven content with measurable growth in traffic and/or conversions.
  • Strong background in keyword research, content strategy, and on-page SEO.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-performing long-form and blog content.
  • Experience analyzing performance metrics and optimizing content accordingly.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in personal injury, legal marketing, or professional services content.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Surfer, etc.).
  • Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) to scale content production.
  • Background collaborating with marketing teams to drive lead generation outcomes.
  • Understanding of local SEO strategies and geo-targeted content.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the firm’s SEO-driven content strategy across practice area pages, blogs, and core site content.
  • Write and optimize high-converting practice area pages (car accidents, trucking accidents, medical malpractice, etc.).
  • Produce authoritative, long-form content designed to rank in search and convert visitors into leads.
  • Create high-volume blog content targeting local trends, legal FAQs, and safety-related topics.
  • Craft conversion-focused content that answers key client questions and drives action (calls, form fills, consultations).
  • Build trust-driven content including attorney bios, case results, and firm pages.
  • Develop geo-targeted content to dominate local search results and “near me” queries.
  • Continuously analyze performance data, refine content, and double down on what works.
  • Leverage AI and SEO tools to increase speed, efficiency, and output.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define priorities and execute quickly.
