About The Position

Discovered Labs is an SEO/AEO agency founded by a Stanford rocket scientist and an experienced demand gen marketer. They specialize in helping B2B SaaS companies generate leads and customers through content marketing, technical optimizations, and brand amplification. Their approach emphasizes AI-powered operations, senior-level strategic input, and full-stack execution across content, SEO/AEO, and off-site amplification. They are looking for their first full-time, in-house content marketing hire to manage their founder-led content operation.

Requirements

  • A portfolio showcasing work personally taken to publication, with clear explanations of individual contributions when collaborators or agencies were involved.
  • Evidence of editing, ghostwriting, or shaping content in another person's voice.
  • Experience running a recurring content operation involving internal contributors, external partners, or multiple channels.
  • AI-forward operator who actively integrates AI into creative and production workflows to increase speed, output, and iteration.
  • Excellent written English.
  • Availability for a working day that overlaps meaningfully with GMT.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced video editing skills.
  • Graphic design skills.

Responsibilities

  • Run the content motion across founder profiles: use content systems and work directly with founders to select topics, develop ideas, prepare content for publication, and schedule it on LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Make partner-produced content recognisably Discovered Labs: set briefs and editorial standards for external partners (YouTube agency, freelance editors), review scripts and deliverables, and provide feedback.
  • Repurpose long-form content into channel-native formats: create strategy and execute the transformation of content (e.g., YouTube videos) into shorter formats (e.g., LinkedIn posts, video clips), ensuring platform optimization and briefing freelance editors.
  • Improve the systems behind the work: partner with engineers and data scientists to enhance internal tools for topic selection, drafting, analytics, reporting, and quality checks.
  • Turn performance into editorial decisions: analyze reach, engagement, and pipeline generation from organic content to inform decisions on what content to repeat, improve, stop, or test next.

Benefits

  • Compensation: $30,000 - $50,000 USD (or EUR/GBP equivalent), depending on experience.
  • Fully remote work with meaningful overlap with GMT.
  • 30 days paid holiday.
  • Real autonomy with a voice in the work and system improvements.
  • Flexible working hours with the expectation of 40 hours of meaningful work per week.
  • Growth path into broader marketing leadership.
  • Opportunity to work with a small, senior team with direct feedback and quick decisions.
  • Annual company off-site.
