About The Position

We’re looking for a Technical Co-Founder and AI-Native Engineering Leader to build the next generation of healthcare technology. This is a hands-on founding role for someone who wants to build from zero—not inherit an established engineering organization. The company is focused on using the latest advancements in AI agents, agentic systems, and modern software infrastructure to solve meaningful problems within healthcare. You’ll help define the technical vision, build the initial product, establish the engineering foundation, and ultimately grow the organization around it. We are looking for a builder first and engineering leader second.

Responsibilities

Own the technical strategy, architecture, and engineering roadmap from the earliest stages of the company.
Build and ship the initial product alongside the founding team.
Design AI-native products using modern LLMs, agents, orchestration frameworks, retrieval systems, and emerging agentic infrastructure.
Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate based on customer feedback.
Make pragmatic technical decisions that balance speed, scalability, reliability, and product-market fit.
Establish the engineering culture, development practices, and technical standards of the company.
Recruit and build the engineering organization as the business scales.
Work directly with customers, operators, and healthcare stakeholders to understand problems and translate them into products.
Partner with the founding team on product strategy, fundraising, hiring, and company-building.
