Requirements
- You've founded or co-founded a startup before (any stage, any outcome)
- You have exceptional execution speed: you ship, you don't just strategize
- You're comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in fast-changing environments
- You have strong technical fluency (you don't need to be an engineer, but you need to speak the language)
- You care deeply about healthcare, or building products that genuinely matter
Responsibilities
- Identify and own critical strategic initiatives across product, growth, partnerships, or operations
- Move fast and make high-quality decisions, just like you did at your own company
- Work directly with founders to shape Vera's trajectory as we scale from 5 to 50 people
- Build and lead a team as your area of ownership grows
- Bring founder-level intensity, creativity, and ownership to everything you touch
