About the position
The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering marketing campaign content, as well as managing a team of creative professionals. They will work closely with the Director of Marketing and Digital Marketing Team to ensure alignment with campaign goals and brand standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in growth marketing, with experience in successful campaign deployment and copywriting. Additionally, familiarity with the video surveillance industry is a plus. Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver marketing content to support growth marketing campaigns
- Manage and support the marketing content calendar
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of creative professionals
- Ensure alignment of all assets with campaign strategy and goals
- Review creative content for strategic alignment, brand standards, SEO best practices, grammar, etc.
- Stay aware of industry trends, competitors' marketing strategies, and marketing best practices
- Have 3-5 years of growth marketing experience with successful campaign deployment
- Possess strong copywriting and design review experience
- Have 2 years of project or team management experience
- Preferably have experience leading a content marketing team
- Preferably have developed growth marketing content for an enterprise SaaS organization
- Familiarity with the video surveillance industry is a plus
Requirements
- 3-5 years growth marketing experience with examples of successful campaign deployment
- BA/BS required or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
- 2 years of project or team management experience
- Strong copywriting and design review experience
- +2 years leading a content marketing team (preferred)
- Developed growth marketing content for an enterprise SaaS organization (preferred)
- Familiarity with the video surveillance industry a plus (preferred)
