About The Position

This is an AI-first content role focused on building and operating AI workflows that create product and enhanced content at scale. The associate applies editorial judgment to ensure AI-generated work is accurate, on-brand, and compliant with each retailer’s rules. The role combines enhanced content production and retailer-specific product content, with responsibility for planning work, coordinating and approving visual-content production, and owning quality from first draft through final upload. The role develops and maintains AI assistants, prompt libraries, and spreadsheet workflows; uses AI for research, creation, and quality control; and tests and documents useful new tools. Enhanced content work includes benchmarking leading furniture brands, recommending content modules, briefing Figma templates, creating assets in bulk, refining and proofing them, producing AI lifestyle imagery when needed, and checking content against Amazon and Wayfair requirements. Product content work covers titles, bullets, descriptions, and retailer-specific fields for new products and variants across more than ten retail channels, as well as listing refreshes, SEO, promotional copy, and Amazon Store pages. The associate also shapes short product-video concepts and scripts, while a multimedia designer handles production and editing. The position uses Asana for planning and coordination and includes documenting repeatable processes. The role may lead to a Content Marketing Lead position, with coaching from the CMO. It is not a traditional hand-written copywriting role, a pure design or video-editing role, or a people-management role. The position is full-time and remote, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. PST (9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Philippines time).
