About The Position

Quorso is seeking a Commercial Content Lead to develop impactful assets that convert market interest into revenue. This role is responsible for defining Quorso's market presence, from category perspective to deal-level business cases, integrating product, positioning, and pipeline into a unified content strategy. The position operates at the intersection of Product Marketing and Demand Generation, ensuring that market evidence directly contributes to pipeline creation and deal advancement. It requires a hands-on individual capable of both strategic thinking and high-level execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS content or product marketing, preferably in enterprise environments.
  • Exceptional storytelling ability, with the capacity to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business cases and ROI arguments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles with content that influences deals.
  • Ability to operate strategically and execute hands-on.
  • Strong understanding of how content drives pipeline, prioritizing deal velocity, win rates, and pipeline value.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • A builder mindset, comfortable creating structure where it doesn't exist.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in retail tech, supply chain, or multi-site enterprise software.
  • Familiarity with marketing to operations, finance, or field leadership personas.
  • Experience building or contributing to category creation.

Responsibilities

  • Define Quorso's market presence, including category perspective and product use cases.
  • Build and execute a content strategy aligned with pipeline goals and go-to-market priorities.
  • Translate product positioning into compelling content across thought leadership, campaigns, sales enablement, and digital channels.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Create content for active sales cycles, such as executive briefs, ROI narratives, objection handling, and case studies.
  • Partner with Sales to understand deal dynamics and develop assets that advance opportunities.
  • Develop Quorso's viewpoint on AI in retail operations and operational execution.
  • Collaborate with leadership to produce high-quality thought leadership content, including reports, POVs, and speaking materials.
  • Transform customer outcomes into compelling and credible proof points.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales to capture and scale customer impact.
  • Optimize asset utility across various formats and channels (e.g., LinkedIn, email, events, web).
  • Ensure content effectively reaches and resonates with target personas.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation to support campaigns and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure content accurately reflects customer language and needs.
  • Maintain a high standard for clarity, relevance, and differentiation in all content.
  • Act as the 'Champion of Commercial Clarity' for all written and narrative content.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance research, ideation, and production while upholding editorial judgment and quality.
