About The Position

The Visual Content Lead is responsible for producing high-quality photo and video content that directly supports the company’s direct-to-consumer ecommerce business. This role is highly execution-focused, centered on creating product-driven and lifestyle-oriented content that enhances the online shopping experience and drives conversion. Working under the direction of the Creative Director, this role focuses on capturing, editing, and delivering visual assets for product pages, email campaigns, digital marketing, and YouTube content. The Visual Content Lead plays a critical role in maintaining a consistent flow of polished, on-brand visuals that support revenue-driving initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in photography, videography, or content production.
  • Strong technical skills in camera operation, lighting, and composition.
  • Proficiency in NLE software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve.
  • Proficiency in photo-editing software such as Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a production-focused environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high volumes of content.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for consistency and quality.
  • Ability to take direction well and execute without constant oversight.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with food-related photography is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools is a plus.
  • Experience with Adobe After Effects and Illustrator is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume product and promotional photoshoots for ecommerce, including product detail, bundle, and lifestyle imagery.
  • Handle all aspects of production including setup, lighting, shooting, and basic styling.
  • Capture photo and video content specifically for product pages, landing pages, email campaigns, and digital ads.
  • Edit video content for primarily YouTube, including cutting, pacing, color correction, and audio.
  • Build and update webpages using provided templates and finalized visual assets.
  • Follow briefs and direction provided by the Creative Director.
  • Maintain consistent visual standards across all content (lighting, color, composition, framing).
  • Manage and organize large volumes of photo and video files efficiently.
  • Ensure fast turnaround times while maintaining quality.
  • Assist with prepping products, sets, and equipment before and after shoots.
  • Other duties as assigned to support visual needs across the organization.
