About The Position

Goldenwest Credit Union is seeking a Consumer Loan Processor to assist members with credit card, auto, RV, and home equity loans. The role processes inbound consumer loan applications, supports members’ financial needs by pairing them with relevant credit union products and services, and builds long-term, trusting relationships through consistent follow-up. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, at 5167 Adams Avenue, Washington Terrace, Utah. The schedule is Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Compensation is $19.50 per hour, based on experience and performance, plus bonus and incentives.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Strong ability to think critically and solve problems.
• Timely and meticulous attention to verbal and written communication.
• Devotion to earning and maintaining member trust.
• Attentiveness to professionalism in appearance and action.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of consumer lending experience.

Responsibilities
