About The Position

The Consumer Loan Officer obtains and develops a quality consumer and real estate loan portfolio, works toward annual performance goals, and manages the existing portfolio. The role promotes BancFirst services by cross-selling banking products to new and existing customers, participates in community and public events, and makes outside business development calls. It also requires consistent application of policies and procedures, excellent customer service, and assistance with other job-related duties and special projects as requested. This is an onsite, full-time position at 122 N Broadway, Weatherford, Oklahoma 73096. Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as an underwriting Consumer Loan Officer.
• Current working knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements, including RESPA, HMDA, and Fair Lending.
• Knowledge of loan processing and collection software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or ability to quickly learn, banking software applications.
• Ability to obtain and develop a consumer and real estate loan portfolio.
• Outstanding written and verbal listening and communication skills.
• Ability to work under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently within a team framework.
