About The Position
As a recognized authority and leading contributor within Oracle’s practice, this senior-level consulting role provides high-quality, innovative solution leadership to project teams. The manager leads solution design and implementation for engagements, ensuring integrated software solutions are delivered within time and budget constraints. The role analyzes customer business needs and applies industry practices, product knowledge, and business acumen to deliver functional and technical solutions, including complex and non-routine work. It also provides direction and mentoring to project teams, influences customer leadership on key decisions, supports business development, collaborates with consulting sales, and resolves complex customer issues.
Requirements
- Expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families, or the ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs to help ensure Oracle solutions meet customer objectives, applying industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
- Select methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions for non-routine and very complex application and technology installations.
- Provide direction and mentoring to project teams.
- Influence customer leadership on key decisions.
- Support business development by pursuing new opportunities and extensions.
- Collaborate with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise.
- Resolve complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions.
- Demonstrate expertise across multiple business processes and product families, or architect and design technology solutions spanning multiple products and make decisions based on their impact across the technology stack.
- Lead solution design and implementation for engagements, delivering integrated software solutions within time and budget constraints.
