Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience relevant to the position, including at least 5 years of consulting experience.
• Experience with Oracle ERP, HCM, and the overall Cloud Financial Suite.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs across accounting, financial operations, and enterprise management to ensure Oracle solutions meet customer objectives.
• Use independent judgment and business acumen to select methods and techniques for designing complex, non-routine business solutions using Oracle products and technology.
• Recommend and justify enhancements to Oracle Cloud ERP capabilities to address complex financial requirements and enterprise business needs.
• Influence customer leadership as a thought leader and advisor to support acceptance of Oracle solutions and services and facilitate consulting deals.
• Contribute to complex statements of work, work breakdown structures, level-of-effort estimates, and staff plans.
• Build and maintain a professional network and current knowledge of financial practices, industry trends, and Oracle Cloud ERP capabilities.
• Transition deal knowledge to the implementation team.
• Coordinate a pursuit team of subject matter experts.
• Lead solution design for Cloud ERP engagements, integrating financial processes, reporting, controls, and supporting technologies.
• Resolve highly complex customer issues by recommending solutions.
• Ensure enterprise solutions connect financial operations with broader customer business processes and management objectives.
• Design solutions using standard Cloud ERP capabilities to streamline financial processes, strengthen controls, and improve business visibility.
