Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs to ensure Oracle solutions meet customer objectives.
• Select methods and techniques to design non-routine, very complex business solutions using Oracle products and technology.
• Recommend and justify Oracle product enhancements to address complex customer needs.
• Advise customers and influence customer leadership to accept Oracle solutions and services, facilitating consulting deals.
• Contribute to complex statements of work, work breakdown structures, estimates of effort, and staff plans.
• Present and demonstrate solutions to customers.
• Build and maintain a professional network and current industry or product knowledge.
• Transition deal knowledge to the implementation team.
• Coordinate a pursuit team of subject matter experts.
• Lead domain-specific solution design for engagements and ensure high-quality, integrated business solutions.
• Understand competition and external factors that may affect Oracle's competitive position.
• Resolve highly complex customer issues by recommending solutions.
• Ensure enterprise solutions span the customer's business processes.
