About The Position

Andrew Reise Consulting is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead high-touch, outcome-focused delivery engagements for complex enterprise accounts. The role is the operational hub for multi-workstream programs, with responsibility for contractual delivery, escalations, cross-functional coordination, and serving as the primary operational contact for strategic clients across financial services, healthcare, and telecom. The Program Manager works alongside Engagement Directors, Customer Success Managers, and Account Executives and is accountable for keeping the program running. The position owns end-to-end delivery across implementation, onboarding, adoption, and support workstreams. It establishes and maintains consistent program governance practices and artifacts, including RAID logs, RACI/RASCI charts, program calendars, communications plans, dependency charts, project scorecards, and program summaries. The role coordinates schedules and dependencies, consolidates project status, manages risks and escalations, and monitors budgets and burn rates. The Program Manager coordinates internal and external meetings and communications, produces reporting for operational and executive audiences, and keeps program execution connected to client KPIs and value realization. The successful candidate is self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity and matrixed environments, and builds client trust through clear communication, follow-through, and proactive action. This is a full-time salaried W2 position with a remote-first, collaborative team.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of program or project management experience in a consulting, SaaS delivery, or professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-workstream programs with enterprise clients, including implementation, onboarding, or ongoing managed service delivery.
  • Proven ability to operate as a self-directed lead, set priorities, identify needed actions, and drive work without waiting for direction.
  • Strong written, verbal, and real-time executive communication skills, including in high-stakes settings.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts, projects, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously while maintaining detail and urgency.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and project tracking and reporting tools.
  • Experience producing and maintaining program governance artifacts, including RAID logs, status reports, RACI charts, dependency charts, and communication plans.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with contact center platforms and products such as WFM, QA, Analytics, or Engagement Management; deep platform knowledge is a differentiator.
  • Background in contact center technology delivery or contact center operations.
  • Experience delivering within a structured customer success or premium managed service engagement model.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-scale accounts in financial services, healthcare, telecom, or insurance.
  • Proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams for document management and team coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of all contractual delivery activities within the program scope.
  • Drive progress across parallel implementation, onboarding, adoption, and support workstreams.
  • Manage assigned project resources and ensure cross-team alignment across delivery, support, and product functions.
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for client questions, special requests, and escalations.
  • Communicate account-specific status, risks, and decisions proactively to client and internal stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain a program-level RAID log, documenting and escalating risks, actions, issues, and decisions consistently.
  • Own and maintain account-level program artifacts, including RACI/RASCI, program calendar, RAID log, communications plan, dependency chart, project scorecards, and program summary.
  • Collect project status from project managers and consolidate it into program-level reporting and scorecards.
  • Maintain program artifacts and deliverables in an accessible, consistent manner, preferably through SharePoint or Teams.
  • Maintain a centralized account-level decision log as part of the RAID.
  • Apply consistent governance practices, templates, and approaches across assigned accounts.
  • Identify and manage cross-workstream dependencies and maintain a program-level dependency chart to surface sequencing risks.
  • Maintain a program calendar covering key events, milestones, and coordination points across workstreams and accounts.
  • Coordinate cross-project impacts and dependencies, aligning teams on sequencing, shared resources, and interdependencies.
  • Manage work planning and timelines at the program level and ensure project managers maintain schedules at the appropriate level of detail.
  • Act as the first escalation point for client concerns, critical support issues, and delivery risks, and oversee resolution with account managers and internal leadership.
  • Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and drive resolution.
  • Monitor project budgets and burn rates, raise financial risks, and support change order processes with project managers and account leadership.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, agendas, and follow-through across weekly touchpoints, service reviews, business reviews, and annual strategic reviews.
  • Produce concise status reporting for operational and executive audiences, including program summaries and project scorecards.
  • Maintain a program-level communications plan and roster to ensure appropriate communication and avoid conflicts or under- or over-communication.
  • Align client and internal teams on priorities, milestones, and value realization in partnership with internal leadership and stakeholders.
  • Present findings, risks, and recommendations credibly to executive stakeholders.
  • Connect program execution to client-defined KPIs and success metrics, monitor performance across workstreams, and flag deviations from plan.
