Consultant, Systems Integration
About The Position
Provides high-quality, timely development and on-time input to solutions for service delivery, managed services, or implementation-oriented client projects. Assignments range in complexity from basic analysis and problem solving to assisting in developing more complex solutions or leading small teams. Contributes to meeting client satisfaction objectives. Develops modules and low-level designs while monitoring technical quality standards of onshore and offshore developers. Engagement-based responsibilities are assigned and closely managed by Consultants, Engagement Managers, or Principals. As a business analyst, validates client deliverables and directs the work of an offshore project team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3–5 years of related experience required.
- Work willingly and effectively with others within and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
- Knowledge and understanding of fundamental business processes, their interaction, and the impact of external and internal influences on decision-making, growth, and decline.
- Knowledge of consulting methods, tools, and techniques related to the functional area.
- Knowledge of current events and developments within an industry and its major competitors.
- Knowledge and understanding of the marketplace.
- Knowledge of professional and trade associations, key people, and companies.
- Effective time-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with reviewing and analyzing client requirements and problems, and with proposal development.
- Develop detailed documentation and specifications.
- Perform basic quantitative or qualitative analyses to identify issues and develop solutions.
- Assist Analysts and Consultants with the design and structure of presentations.
- Develop modules and low-level designs while monitoring technical quality standards of onshore and offshore developers.
- Validate client deliverables and direct the work of an offshore project team as a business analyst.
- Contribute to client satisfaction objectives.
