About The Position

Under the general supervision of the Director, the Consultant, Supply Planning (bilingual Spanish & English) contributes and delivers the operational plan through transactions and analyzing supply chain data to support decision-making and problem-solving for respective orbits. The position executes tactical support for imports and key stakeholders throughout the business. In this capacity, the consultant is responsible implementing risk management by communicating risk and contingency plans while leveraging business intelligence to optimize cost. What You’ll Do for Us Create, analyze, and monitor purchase orders/stock transfer orders (STO’s) for finished goods. Resolve errors on purchase orders/ stock transfer orders (STO’s) for finished goods as needed. Analyze and resolve errors on invoices for finished goods and transportation as needed. Ensure that finished goods coming in are in compliance with Coca-Cola standards. Assess and action open orders, in transit loads, and past due orders. Examine reports for stock outs and expedite open orders to full fill inventory levels considering cost to the system. Compile and convey pre-cuts to appropriate key stakeholders. Evaluate and alleviate dock capacity, and “to old to ship” (TOTS) finished goods. Maintain material availability using SAP (or ERP) to implement the operational plans and customer demand, by evaluating order points for restock levels. Monitor and maintain (MRP) and update essential system planning data to ensure SAP/Anaplan systems effectively plans material requirements. Collaborate with Supply Chain management in managing communication of key stakeholders’ operational meetings and provide support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required in supply management, logistics, business management, industrial engineering or related work experience
  • Work Experience at least 4 years in supply chain or supply planning working for a large organization or diverse portfolio of products.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Software Skills: Information Systems – Knowledge and use of SAP, Anaplan, ORI and including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power BI generating data
  • Requirements Planning: Ability to plan materials and service requirements to support business continuity and implement proactive risk management as needed.
  • Inventory Management: maintain material and/or finished goods inventory levels within the parameter set by inventory policy, monitoring levels continuously, making adjustments to future purchases as necessary while monitoring “age of stock” reports to avoid the risk of slow-moving and obsolete material.
  • Forecasting – Demand: knowledge of demand forecasting techniques and inputs (e.g. business trends, seasonality, consumption patterns).
  • Master Data: Understand the importance of master data and its impact on driving the MRP/DRP process in conjunction with the ability to identify gaps in master data that are driving sub-optimal MRP results.
  • Business Intelligence and Financial Acumen making data-driven decisions supporting business continuity and utilizing proactive risk management.
  • Results focusing on critical objectives that add the most value and channels own and others’ energy to consistently deliver results that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Imports & exports good ideas by relentlessly seeking, sharing, and adopting ideas and best practices in and outside of the Company embracing change introduced by others.
