About The Position

Titan Factory Direct is looking for a high-energy Digital Sales Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and knows how to turn online interest into real appointments and real opportunities. Must speak Spanish and English! If you're the person who can start conversations, build momentum, and move prospects toward buying decisions, this role puts you at the center of our sales pipeline. You will be the first point of contact for online buyers, connecting with customers who are actively searching for manufactured and modular homes and guiding them toward the next step in their home buying journey. This role is onsite, highly interactive, and critical to driving traffic and sales performance. Titan Factory Direct is one of the fastest-growing manufactured and modular home retailers in the country. We are a direct retailer for Champion Homes, a nationally recognized builder with more than 70 years of industry leadership. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of sales, customer service, call center, or lead management experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups simultaneously
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Comfortable engaging new people and starting conversations
  • Strong communicators over phone, text, and digital channels
  • Organized and disciplined with follow-up
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems
  • Motivated by performance goals and results

Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert online inquiries into qualified appointments.
  • Respond quickly to inbound internet leads from multiple digital platforms.
  • Engage prospects through phone, text, email, and CRM communication tools.
  • Build rapport and identify customer housing needs.
  • Qualify buyers and schedule appointments with our in-store Housing Consultants.
  • Confirm appointments and maintain active communication with prospects.
  • Drive consistent traffic through effective follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate lead records within the CRM system.
  • Track conversations, customer timelines, and buying readiness.
  • Execute consistent follow-up to nurture opportunities.
  • Coordinate closely with the sales team and management to ensure strong handoffs.
  • Support marketing and promotional initiatives that generate inbound interest.
