About The Position

NATION is seeking a Recruiter with strong leadership, excellent problem-solving, and good communication skills. This role involves being the face of the local business, welcoming visitors, clients, and employees, managing phone calls and emails, handling mail, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and providing general operational assistance. The ideal candidate is a positive, professional, and talented multitasker with a strong work ethic, interested in a meaningful role within a supportive team. Nation Security has over 25 years of experience in security, law enforcement, and military services, providing professional protection. Requirements

  • Bilingual in both English and Spanish (verbal and written communication)
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent education
  • Proficient in word processing software with strong basic computer skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, customer service, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (intermediate level)
  • Energetic, professional, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
  • Skilled in managing phone calls and maintaining composure in fast-paced or high-pressure situations
  • Strong leadership skills

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of one year of experience as a recruiter, administrative assistant, or in a similar role preferred

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors, clients, and fellow employees
  • Answer phone calls and emails
  • Sort and deliver mail
  • Schedule meetings
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Assist with other operations as needed
  • Ensure the security of the building by having visitors follow necessary sign-in protocol
  • Provide administrative support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc.
  • Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions
  • Arrange appointments for employees and keep the calendar up-to-date
