About The Position

Titan Factory Direct is looking for a high-energy Digital Sales Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and knows how to turn online interest into real appointments and real opportunities. Must speak Spanish and English! If you're the person who can start conversations, build momentum, and move prospects toward buying decisions, this role puts you at the center of our sales pipeline. You will be the first point of contact for online buyers, connecting with customers who are actively searching for manufactured and modular homes and guiding them toward the next step in their home buying journey. This role is onsite, highly interactive, and critical to driving traffic and sales performance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of sales, customer service, call center, or lead management experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups simultaneously
  • Fluent in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Managing and converting online inquiries into qualified appointments.
  • Responding quickly to inbound internet leads from multiple digital platforms.
  • Engaging prospects through phone, text, email, and CRM communication tools.
  • Building rapport and identifying customer housing needs.
  • Qualifying buyers and scheduling appointments with our in-store Housing Consultants.
  • Confirming appointments and maintaining active communication with prospects.
  • Driving consistent traffic through effective follow-up.
  • Maintaining accurate lead records within the CRM system.
  • Tracking conversations, customer timelines, and buying readiness.
  • Executing consistent follow-up to nurture opportunities.
  • Coordinating closely with the sales team and management to ensure strong handoffs.
  • Supporting marketing and promotional initiatives that generate inbound interest.
