About the position
Glance is an AI-first Screen Zero content discovery platform that aims to provide visually rich and easy-to-consume content to mobile users. As part of the Glance family, the team works with large handset manufacturers to create consumer products integrated into millions of handsets in India. The focus is on re-imagining content consumption on mobile and creating new monetization opportunities. Responsibilities
- Create disruptive and innovative consumer experiences using technology
- Collaborate with large handset manufacturers to integrate consumer products into millions of handsets
- Re-imagine content consumption on mobile
- Build immersive product experiences and an AI-led tech stack
- Create new monetization opportunities on top of immersive product experiences
- Optimize tech operations
- Work with highly capable and ambitious peer groups
- Contribute to the growth and success of Glance

Requirements
- Experience in AI-first content discovery platforms
- Familiarity with lock-screen first mobile content platforms
- Ability to provide visually rich and easy to consume content
- Knowledge of short video entertainment platforms
- Experience in user-generated content creation
- Understanding of various video themes and channels
- Strong development and growth mindset
