Benefits consultants and brokers are trusted advisors for employers choosing wellbeing solutions, and this role is crucial to ensure they know, trust, and recommend Nutrium Care. As a Consultant Relations Manager, you will join our established U.S. team, reporting directly to the COO. You will collaborate with sales and channel teams to expand our footprint in the U.S. benefits market. This role offers real ownership and the opportunity to learn, experiment, and shape how Nutrium engages with consultants nationwide, including travel to industry conferences and events.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in employee benefits, corporate wellness, sales, or partnerships
  • A natural communicator and relationship-builder who enjoys turning first conversations into lasting partnerships
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Curious about the U.S. benefits consultant landscape and motivated to build connections from the ground up
  • Organized when juggling many relationships, follow-ups, and events at once
  • Eager to learn, take feedback well, and want to grow with a company scaling fast in the U.S
  • Have an "AI-native" mindset and are excited to bring intelligent tools into your everyday work
  • Applicants must have a legal right to work in the United States, and immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with benefits consultants or brokers is a plus, not a must

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with benefits consultants and brokers, helping them understand and champion Nutrium Care to their clients
  • Position Nutrium Care as a trusted name in wellbeing solutions through outreach, follow-ups, and consistent, helpful communication
  • Partner with our sales and channel teams to align efforts, share intel, and support shared goals
  • Represent Nutrium at industry conferences and networking events to increase visibility and expand our presence
  • Drive pipeline growth by identifying new consultant relationships and getting more value from existing ones
  • Gather feedback on market trends and consultant needs, and share it internally to refine Nutrium's U.S. strategy
  • Keep our consultant database and outreach tracking organized, so we always know where each relationship stands
