As our Modernization Sales Consultant, you are pursuing and building relationships with property managers, building owners, and owner representatives to design complex technology solutions utilizing our industry-leading support system in order to ensure their sustainable growth. You also collaborate with our operations team, as well as manage your project until completion. Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant sales expertise, ideally within the vertical transportation industry
  • An appetite for learning an exciting and new field
  • Knowledge gained when obtaining your bachelor’s degree or additional 5+ years of experience
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Built and developed professional customer relations through excellent customer service
  • Ambition to continuously learn and use technological tools such as our CRM
  • Familiar with or interested in learning a solution selling methodology, such as Sandler
  • Spirit to collaborate across the organization with internal stakeholders
  • Comfortable with a longer sales cycle (on average 1-2 years)

Responsibilities

  • Manage your own local service operations as our Modernization Sales Consultant for KONE in the Greater Montreal Area
  • Pursue and build relationships with property managers, building owners, and owner representatives
  • Design complex technology solutions utilizing our industry-leading support system to ensure their sustainable growth
  • Collaborate with our operations team
  • Manage your project until completion
