About The Position

This is a sales role with real numbers, real accountability, and real upside. You will guide clients through the full made-to-measure experience, including fabric selection, design, measurements, and fittings. You will also build and manage your personal book of business, fostering long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in sales, high-end retail, hospitality, or a performance-driven customer relationship role.
• A genuine interest in style, including how clothes fit, are made, and make people feel.
• Competitive yet genuine demeanor, with a desire to win and help clients win.
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a small team.
• Bilingual in French and English.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in made-to-measure clothing.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on style, fabric, and fit for made-to-measure garments.
• Take client measurements accurately.
• Manage fittings and ensure client satisfaction.
• Follow up on orders and manage the production process.
• Bring clients back for repeat business and expand their wardrobe over time.
• Work the retail floor and maintain the boutique's appearance.
• Achieve sales targets to drive commission earnings.
