Responsibilities

Forecast the cost and plan, implement, and deliver the campaign within the agreed budget and timescale when a new campaign is proposed.
Identify potential risks/mitigation options and give adequate visibility to Programs.
Manage the retrofit campaigns in line with company objectives and ensure that any safety-related retrofit progresses in line with regulatory requirements.
Set and negotiate priorities.
Launch as-needed crisis recovery actions on request.
Secure the retrofit contractual environment.
