About The Position

Vivmark Residential is hiring a Construction Intern for its New Construction or Capital Projects (redevelopment) teams. New Construction interns may gain exposure to site and concrete work, framing, rough mechanicals, finishes, budgeting, and scheduling. Capital Projects interns may work on occupied communities undergoing significant redevelopment, learning construction and subcontractor management while considering residents’ needs for an orderly living environment. They learn how changes, clarifications, directives, and RFIs are updated and coordinated with team members, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain efficient schedules. All interns also participate in a Summer Learning Series led by Vivmark Construction leaders, covering construction roles and processes.
