About The Position

Bush Construction is seeking a Construction Project Manager for its Davenport, Iowa team. The Project Manager leads projects from start to finish and ensures work is completed according to design, budget, and schedule. This person will serve as the commercial housing expert, lead housing projects, and help grow that work in the Quad Cities market.

Requirements

• Degree or background in Construction Management or Construction Engineering.
• At least 5 years of Project Manager experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Live in or near the Quad Cities.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle records check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
