About The Position

StorageMart is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations and business growth while providing excellent customer service. The role involves interacting with customers by phone, in person, and email; maintaining customer accounts and assisting with account setup; and completing administrative tasks, including debt management. The Assistant Store Manager opens, operates, and closes the office and performs light property maintenance and cleaning to help keep the facility clean, safe, and secure. The role may also require occasional travel to support other store locations. Training is provided for the right candidate.

Requirements

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to address customer needs.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to work outdoors and maintain the grounds.
Valid driver’s license, valid insurance, and access to a vehicle; mileage is reimbursed for travel between stores.
Basic computer skills.
