Coli Construction is looking for a project manager to join our team in our Mahwah, NJ office. This person will lead the Construction of a Multi Family Development. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities who thrives in fast-paced environments. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5 years experience in project management
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Advanced skillset in time management and task prioritization
- Passion for managing teams and driving results
- Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement
Nice To Haves
- Procore Skills are a plus
- PMP Certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Experienced Construction Project Manager for Large Multi-Family Mixed Use Construction Projects, Under a GMP Contract, both ground up and building renovations.
- Projects are large scale, typically between 30m & 60m in value. Located in Northern NJ
- Looking for a self motivated individual who works well in a team environment
- Computer and Communication skills are a must!
- Daily responsibilities include Contract Negotiation, Scope Sheet Leveling, Takeoffs, RFI & Submittal Coordination, Scheduling, Blueprint Reading & Interpretation, Safety, Weekly Look A heads, Correspondence with Engineers and Architects
