This position plays a critical role in supporting the operation center mission by administering and delivering construction projects. This position serves as a key liaison between consultants, contractors, local governments, and the public throughout all phases of construction. This position also fosters workforce development by training employees, maintaining clear communications, and motivating team members to improve quality of work. Through cooperation, coordination and collaboration among the OneFDOT team, you will be contributing to a strong and empowering culture of TRREC: Trust, Relationships, Respect, Empowerment, and Communication.
