About The Position

Across South Florida, our Buildings team is supporting some of the region’s most dynamic growth across corporate, commercial, and healthcare sectors. We’re looking for an experienced Construction Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being close to the action, and wants to play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered with quality, precision, and efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-visibility projects in one of the fastest-growing markets in the U.S., with a mix of office and field involvement. You will be a key connector between design teams, contractors, and clients, joining a collaborative, multidisciplinary team with a strong national reputation. There is also an opportunity to grow your career in construction leadership and project delivery. In this role, you’ll be at the center of project execution—ensuring design intent is carried through construction while supporting teams and clients every step of the way.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in construction management, such as: Construction Project Manager, Construction Engineer, Superintendent or Field Manager
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and MS Projects)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems and keep projects moving
  • Note: A degree is not required if equivalent hands-on experience is demonstrated.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field
  • Familiarity with cost estimating practices and tools
  • Experience with Revit, CADD, Newforma, or scheduling software
  • Exposure to large-scale or complex building projects

Responsibilities

  • Review construction documents and specifications for accuracy and completeness
  • Manage and track shop drawings, submittents, RFIs, and change orders
  • Document and communicate decisions impacting scope, schedule, and budget
  • Perform code and permitting research to support project compliance
  • Support Project Managers with construction progress tracking, field reports, and punch lists
  • Participate in design reviews, construction meetings, and site visits
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery
