About The Position

Construction Program Manager Overview We are seeking a Construction Program Manager to oversee multiple construction projects and ensure they are delivered efficiently, safely, and within budget. This role works closely with project managers, contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to coordinate project execution and maintain alignment with overall program goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing construction projects or programs
• Strong understanding of construction planning, scheduling, and budgeting
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience managing large-scale commercial, infrastructure, or industrial construction programs
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Procore, Primavera, or MS Project

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously from planning through completion
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, engineers, and vendors
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and overall project performance
• Review project plans, specifications, and progress reports
• Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
• Provide regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders
