About The Position

We are seeking an Associate Program Manager to support site due diligence and feasibility activities across strategic development initiatives. Reporting directly to the Project Lead, this role is focused on supporting client teams by coordinating technical inputs from supply chain partners—particularly in relation to power availability, water resources, and site engineering compatibility. The role includes identifying and summarizing project risks, synthesizing consultant findings, and contributing to comparative site analysis and feasibility deliverables. Ideal candidates will bring experience in site development, capital project monitoring, and feasibility work. Experience with data center programs is preferred but not essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in front-end development and project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and construction platforms (e.g., Procore, BIM 360).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Effective presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data center programs is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Support site-specific due diligence across environmental, technical, logistical, and operational factors
  • Engage with power and water consultants to gather information on resource availability, infrastructure capacity, and service feasibility.
  • Obtain relevant site design and engineering recommendations from supply chain partners, ensuring technical feedback is integrated within scope.
  • Consolidate consultant inputs into structured assessments highlighting site opportunities, limitations, and overall suitability.
  • Identify and communicate key project risks—including infrastructure gaps, delivery challenges, regulatory considerations, and planning dependencies.
  • Work cross-functionally to align inputs with project schedule and cost plans, contributing to benchmarking and risk modeling.
  • Prepare and maintain site comparison matrices, feasibility narratives, and supporting documentation for client decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client teams to ensure technical recommendations are clearly interpreted and consistent with program objectives.
  • Participate in development of feasibility dashboards, reporting tools, and client presentations throughout project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and log evolving risks, mitigation strategies, and input changes in coordination with the broader delivery team.
  • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
