About The Position

A Construction Mat Coordinator, under minimal supervision, organizes and maintains a construction mat inventory in the field. Success in this role requires self-motivation, strong attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. The anticipated salary range is $27–$35.50 per hour; the actual offer may vary by location and be adjusted based on skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Requirements

• Valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles that may be driven, with an acceptable driving record as determined by Michels Review Team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Work experience in a parts room, warehouse, and/or using an inventory tracking system.
• Forklift experience.
• Self-motivation, strong attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.
• Strong time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines and collaborate and communicate with teammates.
