About The Position

A Construction Mat Coordinator, under minimal supervision, organizes and maintains construction mat inventory in the field. Success in this role requires self-motivation, strong attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. The anticipated base salary range is $27–$35.50 per hour, with actual pay adjusted based on location and job-related factors such as skills, experience, and education.

Requirements

• Valid driver license for the types of vehicles that may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Work experience in a parts room, warehouse, and/or use of an inventory tracking system.
• Forklift experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
• Strong time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments under tight deadlines.
• Enjoys collaborating and communicating with teammates.
